Empowering Youth: Nazih Bizri Initiative in Supporting Higher Education and Alleviating Financial Burdens Nazih Bizri Foundation is making remarkable efforts to support and empower students in pursuing their higher education efficiently and comfortably. Providing discounts of up to 40% in universities constitutes a significant contribution to easing the financial burden on over 300 students annually in the Sidon region. This initiative has a positive impact on the future of young men and women in the area, allowing them to benefit from higher education without significant financial pressure. The coverage of their university tuition costs reflects the foundation’s commitment to supporting education and empowering the youth. Given that education plays a vital role in the development of societies and improving the quality of life, such efforts enhance opportunities for youth and contribute to building a better future for both them and the community at large ppt33

Empowering Communities: Cheese-Making Training Workshop A cheese-making training workshop was conducted with the initiative of the Nazih Bizri Foundation to assist low-income families. The workshop involved training 50 individuals on the production of various types of cheese, such as cream cheese. Participants learned about the ingredients and equipment needed for cheese-making, as well as the tools required for the process. The training covered concepts such as fermentation, understanding how to maintain proper moisture and temperature, and identifying and resolving problems that may arise during the cheese-making process. ppt13 ppt14

COVID-19 Awareness and Support Project The Nazih Bizri Foundation is proud to partner with the Municipality of Sidon in launching an awareness and support project to combat the Corona-virus (COVID-19). This initiative aims to raise awareness about the pandemic, promote preventive measures, and provide $70 shopping vouchers for each of approximately 2000 families, totaling $140,000 to support the community during these challenging times.” ppt11 ppt12

Clothing distribution for families in need As part of the initiative implemented by the Nazih Bizri Foundation, summer clothes were distributed to around 1500 needy families in Sidon. This step is part of a series of events and activities organized by the foundation to alleviate the burden on residents during these challenging exceptional circumstances faced by the country. ppt9 ppt10

Celebration of Mother’s Day and Children’s Day for Students of Al-Rashidiya School in Old Saida The Nazih Bizri Foundation organized a celebration to commemorate Mother’s Day and Children’s Day for students of the official school in Old Saida (Al-Rashidiya).
