Empowering Communities: Cheese-Making Training Workshop

A cheese-making training workshop was conducted with the initiative of the Nazih Bizri Foundation to assist low-income families. The workshop involved training 50 individuals on the production of various types of cheese, such as cream cheese. Participants learned about the ingredients and equipment needed for cheese-making, as well as the tools required for the process. The training covered concepts such as fermentation, understanding how to maintain proper moisture and temperature, and identifying and resolving problems that may arise during the cheese-making process.
